Insanely beautiful as usual...although I think Lemaire's play on structure here makes this collection more eye-catching and vividly appealing than Fall.

That red and blue flower print dress stand out as two looks that shouldn't work within the muted palette of the rest of the collection but just do fit in beautifully and yet have more of a maximalist appeal than the usual CL look.

He doesn't follow trends, but his work is highly complex though without the usual surface obvious "fashion design", meticulously perfecting and perfecting..., that's what I admire most about Lemaire.

You know it's all built on a few centimeters here, a few there...the subtlest texture of the fabric...creating a stunning simplicity and an absolutely inimitable sway and balance.
The coats are just something else.
And I love the shoes too...

Yes! Runway hairstyles usually don't move me, but I definitely swooned over how perfectly this fit the collection.
