Cim has over 20 years of experience as a session hairstylist, working in the inner circle of the fashion Industry. Today he is regarded amongst the most accomplished session hairdressers in the business and his numerous magazine credits includes Allure, Harpers Bazaar, W, iD and practically every major edition of Vogue, including French , Italian, Chinese, Japanese and US. Advertising clients includes Bvlgari, Yves Saint Laurent, Givenchy, Hugo Boss L’Oreal, Shiseido, Kenzo, Michael Kors, DKNY, Iceberg, Trussardi and H&M amongst many others. Cim collaborates with some of the most respected Photographers working in the world today, including Hedi Slimane, Patrick Demarchelier and Peter Lindbergh. Through his career Cim has styled the hair of many celebrated men and women including supermodels and Oscar winning hollywood actors and actresses such as Jennifer Lawrence, Rosamund Pike, Carey Mulligan, Kiera Knightly, Kate Hudson, Charlotte Gainsbourg and Robert Redford , to name a few. He is no stranger to royalty either, having amongst others, worked with H.R.H Crown Prince Frederik and H.R.H Crown Princess Mary of Denmark. Cim Has extensive experience in consulting, education and art direction and has been contracted by many cosmetics giants for his expertise, including L’Oreal and Proctor & Gamble. In May of 2014 Cim opened up a very exclusive hair studio, situated in a beautiful old apartment in the most affluent area of Copenhagen. Studio Cim Mahony is not only a Salon employing some of Europe’s most talented hairstylists, but also a lab created for the development of new techniques and products.
