I translated a part of the interview with Clara. If I have more time, I will translate the rest. Sorry for my English is not the best |o|
"I will make a star of you" is what Diane Von Fustemberg whispered to Clara Alonso before starting her fashion show in September 08. Two months later, she was on Vctorias Secret Fashion Show and she became famous: The best model of latest Cibeles Madrid Fashion week edition.
Before going to Australia she decided to be the face of Telva cover this month.
She is 22, borned in Madrid. Clara started to work at 15 but 2008 was her lucky year: "I was in the wi-fi zone at Budapest airport and I learned tha I'm confirmed to VS Show.I had a nervous breakdown, cryed and laughed at the same time. I immediately called my mother".
"My boyfriend is musician and producer: David Feito of 'El Sueño de Morfeo' (a famous spanish band). Before dating we were friends: He is a normal guy. The are not boys like him"
She likes to write, draw and music: " I wrote the lyrics of my songs. I have 8 themes that I would love to record and start my ¿demo tape? "
Clara is excited and happy for work with Telva. She knows the whole team, is a girl that likes basic clothes: "Cotton shirts, jeans.. I don't like prints or graphics".
She is wearing a white T-shirt, a H&M jumper, Zara black trousers, Minnetonka boots (which Kate Moss fits so often), Louis Vuitton leopard print foulard and Balenciaga bag.
Smiling and with no false naivete, more and more beautiful: " I've changed a lot. My face is more sharper. I'm not the same girl who started in fashion industry at 15." She says.
When they are making up her, She drinks a coffee and answered mails with her Blackberry (from which hangs a Hello Kitty mirror) and talked about her trips, proyects and hobbies.
-She decided to get driving license when...
"When I was 18. I failed two times the theory exam and left. I don't miss it. I like walk and use public transport."
-Tried to flirt with her...
"Last weekend. A man approached to me and told me that my ankles are the most beautiful that he had ever seen. These things does not happen very often. The guys are quite shy."
-Gave some present..
" Last Friday. A Marc Jacobs lipstick pen to my singing teacher, to compensate the patience that she has with me".
- Hated technology..
"The day before yesterday.My mobile died, my computer not lit, and my new phone dont have coverage. I wanted to throw the three out the window"
-Spent hours on internet..
"Three days ago. I like some TV Shows: True Blood, Desperate Housewifes, Lost.. but nothing about social networks: no Facebook or Tuenti (spanish). I don't understand people who need to share their photos with everybody."
