Those bags are very colorful and quite suiting for Spring, however their items are over priced considering most of these bags are made in China.

But our materials come from Italy. Also, most of the accessories are made in China, scarves are made in Japan and Bags can be made in USA, Itay or Turkey. I can delve into it more and find out which bags are made where...

Thanks for the info! I'm not a huge fan of Coach, I have a friend who works at the Coach store located in Toronto's Yorkdale Shopping Centre and she gets 50% off all items yet I have not seen one men's item that has interested me.

i like the flower one. but its true A LOT of handbag manufacturers make their bags in china. its way cheaper. its funny because the guy in charge of "overseas production" for dooney and bourke is married to a chinese lady and she stays over in china running the plants that make the bags. meanwhile, he was in italy with us at the tanneries (which also manufacture coach's leather) flirting with underaged fashion design students. ick!

the gallery tote is kinda cute, but overall I'm not too crazy about them

I love all the new Men's stuff coming out. I like the new colors. I have a Draft Tote which I looove and I want to get the Varick backpack also the Varick Flight Bag.

I noticed both coach and LV are doing fringe, do they plan these things ahead of time?

Diorling please credit your pics

As for me, I kind of like the Poppy Gallery Tote :)

Actually we always do a Fringe bag in Early Spring, last year it was blue and green suedes and metallics. So technically LV is copying us.

All bags courtesy of Coach.com

I like them, but I think that some of the colors and styles will seem outdated by summer. I dont think they pack a lot of punch compared to some of the more classical pieces.

I think Coach is more successful with their classic leather bags moreso than their embellished and overdesigned bags.....

The poppy is too much when put over the signature.

I liked the Poppy Signature Duffle when I first saw it on the catalogue but now that I got a closer look of it in the store I didn't like it at all. That huge poppy plastered on the bag looks very plastic and cheap looking. So I'm not getting that bag. Yeh, more money for me to save for a paddington!

I'd have to agree with Leona. I thought the contrast of white with the flower was kind of pretty, almost like the Andy Warhol paintings of his flowers, but I saw it today at the Coach store and it did look cheap.

Really? I find it to be pretty well done, I thought it was going to be super-cheap because of all the stitching and layering but I found it to be rather nicely done. Asthetically? It looks cheap.

Luna, in terms of design or sales wise? Sales wise we would go broke selling the classics only.
