Coach F/W 2022.23 by Tyler Mitchell

The subjects look almost as dull as the bags…
I couldn't agree more... They have one of the most photogenic women in show business and they make her look bored. Jennifer sells a sexier and more luxurious image, they'd better bring in photographers like M&M (JLO loves working with them) or Meisel!

Tragic how boring this is.
But so is Coach. And Tylerr when he doesnt do stuff for kindergarten kids

Back to outlet merch LOL ...Did the high-end rebranding a few years ago, complete with Meisel campaigns not work??? This sort of catalogue aesthetic could have been shot by anyone; I guess the marketing strategy is that Tyler will bring them some representation clout and relevance.

With this brand, it’s really not hard to elevate the campaign imagery: Just bring in a commercial effervescence, vibrancy and joy. Jennifer’s smile, energy and movement could have easily carried a commercial simplicity that would easily sell all their outlet slop— even if everyone knows she wouldn't be caught dead carrying Coach. Instead, her and everyone looks and feels like they were expecting to be in a Chanel campaign, only to find out on the day of the shoot-- it’s… Coach (Outlet).

Dreadful. Tyler should definitely stick to film rather than digital. That schtick is the only thing keeping him going.

Things have been going downhill for Coach ever since Stuart Vevers had some sort of lobotomy and decided to ditch Meisel, who gave this brand respect in the fashion community, in favour of whoever was in need of a cheque to shoot celebrities.

It's not only the campaigns that went down the drain, but also the clothes which I liked at first. Creatively Coach hasn't been the same since the shift. I'll hold onto the bits I got when they rebranded.

Campaign is dull which is to be expected when you look at the credit.

When I first saw a Coach campaign, they had Meisel and trendy models. Now they have this, I guess just just good 4 u.
