^^ Ha ha, yes I agree; it's ridculous. I can't actually think of one celebrity that had true personal style;NOt victoria Beckham thats for sure- I can't believe shes now branded as a 'fashionista' and a 'style icon', same with Colleen. I still can't get over how Colleen was in British Vogue:cry:
 
i think she is coolness.
i was semi-obsessed with her and many other footballer's wives about a year ago. and i think i liked her above all. she seems so relaxed. and i think she has a pretty smile. plus, she isn't skinny and platinum blonde like most others... so she stands out more. for that, i well respect her. :flower:
 
My God, she has a Birkin! This is so utterly heartbreaking. I always thought the Birkin was the one bag that was safe for me; as much as I love the Chanel 2.55, it's been way too over-exposed and lost its lusture. Now; something so coveted and sought after is dare I say...tainted? I put my name on the list in July of this year- now I just feel a little depressed.

I dont like her style because I see some of her outfits everywhere so I wouldnt call it personal style but she has should have credit for trying though... .. but I think she want to be as much popular as VB when it comes to fashion... because from what I can see some old pics of her she used only track suit and simple outfits.. ...

Victoria Beckham helped her get her birkin you know! Coleen said so in her column a few weeks back. She couldn't find one herself so she phoned Victoria and she got one sent to the manchester store for her. Now thats tragic!! :doh:
I have this weird thing about coleen, i hate her because shes just so annoying and self obsessed yet i can't help but stare at photos of her!! :rolleyes:

I like coleen. And I do find her down to earth. The fact that she buys a lot of 'trendy' clothes - so what? A see a trillion other girls at the mall doing the same thing. It's just a sign of some sort of insecurity. I don't think she goes around saying 'i'm so hip and trendy' No she wouldn't be modelling with Asda but so? Paris Hilton wouldn't have a lot of the contracts she does if it weren't for money. Thats how she got the Simple Life in the first place. Honestly - a million other people do these things. That doesn't make it right but to single Coleen out seems ridiculous. Let's focus on her style and if you don't like it, fair enough but this debate is going around in circles. I think her style has gotten a lot more refined lately.
 
^^^ same and she used her publicity for good... the whole hospice thing .. she managed to get more funding for childrens hospices by doing trevor mcdonald special on it.
My friend was in our local childrens hospice before he died. Colleans little sister is in the same one now .... and shes done loads of fund raising for it .. so for that im truely gratefull and admire her. Shes not a bad person at all .. in fact far from it.
She just dresses like most young girls here dress .. shes not fake at all and hasnt forgot her routes. She doesnt come across as snobby etc. like some wags.
At the end of the days shes just a normal working class girl whos come into money.. shes done what we would all do .. regardless of weather we say we would or not... she shopped shopped shopped ... and made a few mistakes along the way.
 
The village down the road from my will be hosting coleens 21st bday bash ... Girls Aloud, Take That, David and Victoria Beckham, former Atomic Kittens Liz, suagrbabes, sven Goran Eriksson, and many many more celebs as well ... proper mad .. having so many celebs in our crappy town. But the funny thing is wirral being wirral ... the council have refused planning permission for the gazebos lol.

LIVERPOOL'S favourite WAG Coleen McLoughlin will celebrate her 21st birthday in style at a star-studded bash at Thornton Manor.
The fiancée of Manchester United and England striker, Wayne Rooney has invited over 300 celebrities to the £500,000 party to be held on March 31 at Wirral's grand Elizabethan style venue, Thornton Manor.
Names on the guest list are believed to include David and Victoria Beckham, Sven Goran Eriksson, with Girls Aloud and the Sugababes providing the music.
Dozens of footballers are also set to attend as well as many of Coleen's Croxteth friends.
And guests have been told not to seek autographs, take photos or carry mobile phones.

:yuk: Urghh I didnt even look at those pictures above! Birkin! Lovely, beautiful Birkin forever soiled. I've written a letter to Hermès already about how I upset I was. I know that may sound stupid to some people but as a customer I think I should be able to give my opinion or divulge my distain.
