Well I did not get through...they wanted 'bigger' girls, or 'petite' girls or 'average' girls...so I guess that is why it is called 'real women'. But they could had told me this when they 'supposedly' picked me - as it was a waste of my time, getting up at 4.15am and travelling. I am 5ft11.5" and skinny-(ish)...not exactly fitting the 'real woman' ideal, if you get what I mean?

But oh well, it was an experience, I guess. Expensive experience though!

I am not sad Just found it was a waste of time because it was not 'equally' done...it was quite obvious they were looking for a bigger, smaller or average looking girl...basically the 'girl next door' rather than a girl that is considered to be more model-like. I just wish they had not wasted my time, but sometimes we have to try these things I suppose.

Coleen's night out in Manchester

Coleen almost got it right this week after a long bout of fashion disasters (re: orange grandpa cardigan). The flats are très très chic and the orange mini dress is cute but not only has Coleen chosen the wrong purse for the outfit she has made the fatal error of wearing the wrong bra. We can totally see her white bra under her top! It happens to every girl now and then but we must remember ladies, when wearing white go for a nude or beige coloured bra.

(Also, who is that fellow with her carrying the man-bag? He is comitting some serious fashion crimes that we won't even get started on. Hopefully she hasn't been taking fashion tips from him)

Fashion Failure: Coleen wears a pillowcase

We don't know exactly what to make of Coleen's outfits these days. This one is no different. The top she is wearing looks like a pillowcase dressed up as Anne Hatheway's '07 Oscar Dress, neither of which are very becoming. Coleen was snapped while filming her new TV show, "Coleen's Real Women", where she takes regular women and gives them real modelling jobs.

She is obviously having a half set done. I often have the same done except a full head with rollers. Mostly you have to leave the salon that way since

a) you can only take the rollers out at the last minute
b)often that minute is in the evening and your appointment will be in the morning or afternoon.
c) If you waited at the salon until it was 'done' you would we bored, wasting time and also have to rush makeup and getting dressed. Plus the style would likely fall too quickly.

Lucky for me though, no cameras are following me when I leave.

What I can't understand, is why she doesn't get the HD to come to the privacy of her own home??
