walked out wearing a Black CDG washed black shirt with raw and uneven hem...
couldn't even wait to get it home...just came out of the fitting room and paid for it...
my first time purchasing from that line...frankly, it was my fave stuff in the whole store...
with all the yohji i am accumulating now... it is starting to feel mandatory to add some cdg...
it's just a feeling...
i'm not sure what it means...
i just know i crave some small ruffles/ribbons like cdg often does on shirts and stuff...
weirdly...
the sharpness of yohji's silhouettes are counterbalanced by the ease of movement and flow...
while cdg uses ruffles, which are traditionally soft and feminine, in a way that feels strong and hard...
put it all together and it's a pretty unbeatable combo, imho...
thank you @runner
i remember someone asking yohji about what it was like when they were a couple and his description was that she was quite sweet which was hard to imagine given the empire she has built and the kinds of clothes she has been designing over the decades...
