Cosmic Wonder F/W 07.08 Paris

The pics are up on pressing's site, there rather small though, does any one have a pasword for the hi res pics?

Its really amazing looking:heart:

hm, photos are now available on cosmic wonder's site. they aren't much bigger than pressing's but personally i think they are sharper and clearer.

thanks cerfas! i really love it. i think it's very evolved for him....much more mature without losing his magical touches. and i adore the use of colour.

Very interesting work - but I have a pet peeve for splitting open and aging jeans.

Hmm. What's intresting about most of these pieces is that they both have fe/male counterparts. I hope there is a point to it instead of it just seeming to matchy.

And yeah, Cosmic wonder sounds like a bad Barbie movie title.

I think it works well on a catwalk, you get a better sense of the total look they are trying to communicate. I'm not crazy over the more fabric heavy pieces but the more conservative ones are amazing. It's hard not to see a strong Helmut Lang vibe to this.

wow, it took a while for this to come out.. :ninja:
.. I like it for the most part, their version of the unicolor coordination trend is quite amazing to see with all the little strings and layers.. .. it reminds me of their shows in early 2002/03.. and how they were conventionally styled but the materials and the mix match of the clothes still felt very crude and refreshing to look at..

thanks scott!.

you're welcome mullet!

mutter, that's something i did notice at first in the first few looks but then became a bit more distinctly yukinori as the colours and his signature grey and white shades became more evident.

btw,i love the name cosmic wonder....i think it describes his aesthetics perfectly...

I adore this. The palette, the shapes, the silhouttes, the 'floatiness' of it all... is absolutely magical. Favorites are the pink/red combinations.

Thanks so much, Scott.

Thanks for posting. Exciting to see him developing his brand in a more wearable direction. Curious.
