Typical covers. What's happening with Demi's face? And why is the Cosmo so stuffed with text?

^^Cosmo truly is stuffed with text!
I would like to know if these mags use "local" stars for their covers sometimes or if they basically re-use pics of international stars for the South-african edition. It'd be nice to discover South-african or african stars or models on covers.

yea they do sometimes use local stars and models and trust me these covers rock better than the intl ones!! Too bad cosmo kenya folded otherwise they had a local model or celebrity for every issue
