Personally, I quite like the background color, so kudos to whomever designed the setting for the ads. It reminds me of that dress Raf did for Jil Sander last spring I believe. Colors aside, I agree its nothing revolutionary, but its nice. Though, I'm unsure why they chose that particular shot of Siri because her face looks oddly asymmetric (which could just be the strong side lighting) and as if she has a lazy eye...
