the first thought i had when seeing Kim's edit was this sort of Ingmar Bergman's character meets Burda catalog - this sort of domestic woman who is aristocratic and chic enough to wear her family jewelry to the dinner with her man (a husband? not necessary). she's a housewife and debates about existentialism and the failure of feminist movement over the glass of wine, but still playful and spoiled enough to dance naked in front of the fireplace. to Abba maybe? and then the whole edit made me think of Roisin Murphy spiced up with this sort of retro heroine chic, very refined, very grande but with the gimmicky Chanel earrings.

what you thought is lovely ...

wish i could see the same (though bergman bores me a little ....)

I agree - somethings missing styling-whise, but I go crazy over that hairdo, and, ofcoursem those no.5 earrings

I love Cover. It can be a little pretentious, but there's no other monthly magazine with their aesthetic and subjects. It's always a delight to read.

...which is exactly the reason why I can't stand it :innocent:

If you're gonna out Kim Noorda on the cover, do it properly. This is just dull.
