We speak with model Cris Ureña
We went to a private cocktail event to celebrate the launch of The Big Pony Collection for Women– a new fragrance by Ralph Lauren. There we met Dominican model Cris Ureña, one of the faces of the campaign.

“Being chic means simplicity,” says the 20-year-old model from Worcester, MA. “It’s about having one item that’s your focus point. I love blazers. If you’re wearing a statement necklace, consider going without earrings.

[My main tip when it comes to] being chic is, don’t be afraid.”

The new collection consists of four fragrances targeting four different women: #1, a duo grapefruit and blue lotus for The ‘Sporty’ type; #2 combination of cranberry and tonka mousse for the ‘sensual’ woman; #3 duo of yellow pear and mimosa for the ‘free spirited’; and, #4 duo of cherry and purple amber for ‘the stylish.’

Ureña is also a Victoria’s Secret model.
