“The idea was adventure,” said Cynthia Rowley, whose travel to Mexico, Africa and Brazil influenced the prints for her collection. There was a “madras gone crazy,” as Rowley put it, on a skinny suit, sailor-striped tops and a kaleidoscope print that looked great on a silk sundress. Sequins, embroidery and Moroccan-style tunics added an eclectic, global flavor to the mix, which Rowley tamed in her own quirky style.

I really like the prints and crazy ethnic thing going on here. there are certain pieces that are pretty "thought through" when you think about how this is a resort collection and that a lot of resort is pretty bland and boring. But I think what sells me the most here are the pictures, the styling and those huge turbans.
