Okay. Here's the thing.
I bought this pair of low rise jeans last week, from a shop with designer labels.
$240 dollars, but hey, the fit is awesome. I wore it on Wednesday and damn I loved them.
Anyways..
The point is, I've just checked out of curiousity, the labels inside the jeans.
It appears that my jeans were made in Tunisia. [!]:ninja::unsure:

I was so confused cos I had "D&G Made in Italy" always in mind.
It made me stop and actually think for a second that "hey could it be fake? "

And here's the question:
It's definitely not fake [I've been buying from this shop for a long time].
But why was it then made in Tunisia?

I'm confused.

Thanks in advance.

drew.

D&G makes clothes in China. That's why I'm surprised anyone would even pay that kind of prices for their clothes...

D&G is generally not very good quality and horribly overpriced.

Believe me I do not normally pay that much for my jeans.
But the fit was great.. and I'm really capricious when it comes to Jeans. So I thought why not.

Well if the fit's good and you like them, does it really matter?

I was just curious.
I always thought D&G was made only in Italy.
But it seems I was wrong.

Thanks guys for the clarification.

almost nothing is really 'made in Italy' anymore ..but yes, if it fits just enjoy wearing them moda junkie ;)
