I'm not seeing anything there that screams "D&G ripped them off" any more than any other designer doing that look.

I once saw a Masters of Style episode featuring D&G, and it showed this one dress they did w/ a picture of a big lobster on it. Coincidentally, one of Schiaparrelli's more famous dresses was also made w/ a picture of a big lobster on it.

And now they're getting sued? Go f*cking figure!

for some reason Deborah Nicholas is nobody and D&G is D&G... just a few will buy that clutch for its design... its all about branding...
and of course she will lose... there is no copyright laws for fashion designs...

she is just looking for publicity... and its certainly working.. :rolleyes:
