The California native's fanbase is growing fast.
We spend a lot of time on Instagram (no, really—a lot of time), and when we're not living vicariously through our favorite FOMO-inducing accounts, we're checking on some particularly talented users. So when our GQ castings team finds a ’grammer worth shouting out, we think it's our duty to share him or her with you, dear followers.
Danielle Herrington may have under 10,000 followers on Instagram, but that's about to change—fast. The native Californian knew she wanted to be a model from the tender age of eight. Fast forward just a little over a decade and she's booking jobs for Victoria's Secret (a career benchmark). A true millennial, Herrington's personal style is unfussy—more black jeans and army jackets than high-maintenance dresses and heels. If you weren’t a model, what career would you pursue?
In school my major was Psychology, I always thought it was really cool how the mind works, so would I be interested in becoming a child psychiatrist.

Your life does not get better by chance, it gets better by change.
What makes you feel sexy?
Putting on lotion and my favorite perfume after a hot shower.

Greece!

Of course! All of them.
What is the craziest thing you’ve done on a shoot?
One time had to wear a bikini inside of a green murky pool while it was 50 degrees and raining, all while trying to look like I was having the time of my life. Wasn't too crazy, just kind of gross.
How do you spend your time off?
Spending time with family and having paint parties with my friends.
What is your most prized possession?
My support system, because without my friends and family I wouldn't have the confidence to pursue my dreams.
