i actually think the blonde washes her out... her old hair color was boring and i applaud the change as such, but imo she looks the best whenever her hair appears a darker shade than usual. i would've loved to see a really dark brown instead of jumping on the blonde bandwagon. hopefully it'll grow on me, though.

She's so beautiful. I'm not sure switching to Women is the best idea right now, everyone goes there - which is reason enough not to - and I don't think recent moves have proved successful. But I guess her new mother agency (or is it the same one that changed names?) doesn't work with IMG, and I hope the change will be good for her!

Women, she was already with Women Milan so it makes sense to sign in the same network in NY as well. I think IMG was doing a good job for her but as long as her mother agency decided to change her placements worldwide it's better when the connections between the agencies are good and relevant.
