well, i'm not sure what does it mean but i think those girls with green markers on them were at fittings and girls w/o marks weren't..probably they didn't show up at the time when they photographed that list, i mean maybe the list was photographed at 11h and some girls had fittings at 11:30 like daria or at 12h like karlie or they will show up later (like juju or caterina - maybe they couldn't show up at this time)..but anyway it's a little bit strange just because we didn't see karlie in milan yet..will see
