it's amazing how they manage to come up with a 2-p article, providing almost NO information at all
major points are: 1) Daria herself emphazises that she is very self-disciplined, has to be present and give 100% of herself doing her job every single time, and that if girls see her as a role model, dreaming about her waist or being on a cover, they should copy her discipline rather than anything else. She adds a model has to be well educated, meaning, if she has a shoot, inspired by, say, Hitchcock's "The birds", she should already have a few scenes in her head from the thriller 2) Her dad was a diplomat (nothing new here, I think), 3) Her and Raf think very alike. If she could interprete her vision and thoughts through clothes, she would come up with the same things as him. 4) Daria decided to put her modelling career on hold because of her success in fashion at the moment, but if Spielberg gives her a call, she might think about changing her priorities. 5) She likes watching old movies of Fellini's, Hitchcock's, Lumet's on iPad, and she is friends with many international models, unlike other Russian models (who prefer to be in the circle of their compatriots) there is no language or cultural barrier for her. I would say, she is a real cosmopolitan girl

I'noticed I wrote "put modelling career on hold" instead of "putting acting career on hold"

anlabe32, there are a couple of sentences about Raf but nothing translation worthy (except for what I've already translated), the first page is all about authors "how would I recognize her" (it's their first meeting), the second page is partially about her having long slender lags, holding a bottle of water, wearing T.Mugler jacket, bla-bla. Personally I find it annoying that there are so many words but so little information

Yes you are right. I wish they wrote more about her as a person rather than her as a model.

And perhaps i'm the only one, but I want to read something Raf says about her. I've browsed through all of the interviews he's given but he never mentions her.
Perhaps in the future
