Why is she not bigger?!

yes somebody pleeeeeease tell me what has been taking this girl so long to reach the top?!
Her measurments have never gone up up up like some girls can over the course of 3 years, she takes a stunning photograph, her personality is uber cool & yet we never hear Big News about her.
Why?
