Like I mentioned, I first saw her yesterday, but I find her incredibly adorable. :)

can you guys take a look at the fansite and tell me if you like the layout/template? do you like it? hate it? what would you like to see different. would you like to see a different color scheme?

i want your input since this site is for all the darla baker fans!
 
^Ok my opinion. The words are a little blurry. Did you save it as a JPG? If so you might make it as a GIF. The top left picture would look better if it was as wide as the others. Maybe you should have an update section on there and perhaps some links. And all though I like the runway pictures, maybe you could put your favorite editorial or two on there just to mix it up a little. All in all though I really like it. I give you this advice because that is what I would want people to tell me about my website, it is an artists critique and should be taken in good grace since you asked for it. :D

Good job! Darla would be proud!
 
k! thanks so much. i'll work on the changes. do you like the color scheme or do you think they should be more "girly" colors?
 
I liked it well enough, but a few colours here and there to brighten it up definately wouldn't be a bad thing. they don't even have to be girly. I personally prefer apple greens with corally oranges. But that is my personal favorite. Maybe tie the colours in with a specific thing that all the pictures on the main page have in commen.

This is my website if you want to see my layout. I donb't know if it will work for you or not but there is a header picture that, if it shows up, will change everytime you refresh it.

lovely! i'll re-do it and then let you have a look at it. i want it to be pretty, but simple and easy to navigate. the links should be very easy to find.

am i the only one who just loves her name? it is so cute, and sounds like a name someone in the 18th century would have. darla, ...like darling.

Thanks. I hope it looks alright on your computer cause I know it looks different on everyones computers cause we all have different settings and I have only seen it on mine. Did the header picture work for you?

Anyways, I hope I gave you some good advice cause I pretend I know what I am talking about. Haha. :D



Her name reminds me of "The Little Rascals" cause the cute little girl in that movie was named Darla. And Alfalfa would call her "Darla Darling."

yeah, the header picture worked. i refreshed it a few times to see the different ones. what program did you use to put them together?
