i'm curious, is one of her family members british or french? she has a french/british accent. i can't figure out which it is.

can someone who has a myspace ask her about that if that's ok?
That link didn't work for me, so I checked for a video of her on YouTube and she sounds just like every other oregonian girl to me.

This is the video I watched.

I agree, she sounds like me and my friends. =D

...I guess Oregonians have accents?

Well technically everyone has an accent. You just don't normally think to yourself, I have a weird accent, or something like that, expecially if you are an Oregonian cause ours aren't as obvious as say, someone from the south.
But to me she sounds completely normal.

i checked out the ftv video....
she doesnt french or british AT ALL to me....
definitely an american girl....
and a very cute one......

no, she sounds a lot different in the ftv video. she sounds british/french the ftv one and american in the youtube one. i wonder if she picked it up somewhere?

i think the ONLY word she says that sounds british is "rock" at the end when she says fashion TV, you rock....
but i think she's just having a bit of fun....
every other word is plain USA...;)

she says "ridiculous" "windows" "bit" "drummer" and a bunch of other words with an accent. it definitely has a british/french undertone

okay...
how about we agree to disagree...
because i certainly dont agree....;)

I think it really depends on where you are from in regards to how you hear it.

I was listening to it, uploading it now, and she really doesn't sound different then any other oregonian. =\ Seriously, she just sounds like a girl in my school that you see everyday. But I guess it does depend on where you're from for it to be...'normal.'

wow, that's so surprising! i'm from montreal where it is all french speaking. maybe i hear the french undertones more than other people!

Her voice is more like what I would have expected in that one. The one I listened to first didn't sound like what I was expecting. I love how she said she is from Oregon! Represent!

From Camilla's thread.
