With his close cropped hair, more ink than News of the World, and fierce scowl, it’s plainly evident that David is another one of those boys we like to call ‘high fashion hooligans’. London born, but based in the heart of hip Berlin, this Sartre-loving Brit has just walked for Lanvin. Scouted when his friend, another model with Izaio, took him into the agency, just a week later David was signed with Bananas. Two hours after that and Paris was calling again – Dior Homme wanted to meet the kid with the Nietzsche tattoo pronto. On the plane to France the next day, it’s been non-stop for David since, with all the A-list avant guardians showing interest, and plenty of super editorial options. And while David’s appeal probably doesn’t make much sense to fans of the classic male model aesthetic, his anti-Adonis look is precisely why he’s so intriguing.
