I just read through this whole thread, and I was laughing most of the time. Especially at the "bargain" $175 MJ case. They're freakin' IPOD cases! I just don't see why you'd spend that much on such a thing. And I bet if the triangle logo wasn't on the Prada case, no one would give that thing a second glance. It's a plain black leather case! Nothing more. They bought a bunch and put metal triangles on them.

I would agree if there was perhaps some design to it. But as I said, it is basically just a random leather ipod case with a Prada logo attached. I could not possibly justify paying anywhere near $200 for it, especially since Prada is known for poor quality accessories. But if you can, good for you.

i simply don't understand the arguement for getting a designer case to prevent scratches on your ipods- surely one would be just as worried about scratching the two hundred dollar case(!)

what i also find funny is that ipods are about 300 anyway...so why not just save the money and just buy a new one if it breaks or gets damged...it's just funny....it's like when someone pointed out that hermes make $300 dollar cd cases......just buy an ipod for that.......honestly...i see alex's point before.....if you went to any store and they tried to sell you a leather case for 200 dollars...you would be like....OUTRAGED...but if it says prada..then its justified...it doesnt even have a style....no print...nada.....it's just seems like a waste

sorry for the late reply Dulisima i have been busy, yes the photo which was posted is the case i have, personally i dont think it is any more out of order buying an expensive ipod case as people spend all on wallets and purses. It just comes down to your personal situation if you want to spend money on a item which alot of people may not use. however i have no regrets buying mine.
