Dion Lee used to be simple, elegant, clean lines, Jil Sander-ish back in Australia.... What has New York done to him? I just don't get his design anymore.

It sells, very well. Purely because the majority of the wares are bodysuit and knit style pieces akin to Casey's Mugler, KNWLS and MSBHV so it gets snapped up pretty quickly by vapid rave-babies and "I'm not like other queers" queers.

More surprised at the sight of Daria Strokous and Stam in the cast. Love to see them, but their aura really doesn't match this kind of collection at all. It's kind of... beneath them?

It’s trashy but it’s well executed and it has complexity in design and techniques.
I can appreciate it for what it is…

I don’t like the vulgar styling and skin-tight everything, but among the trash bin that’s NYFW this has been one of the only shows with decent outerwear.
