The campaign is gorgeous!

As a frequent user of the Dior Homme fragrances, I couldn't care less about Robert Pattinson fronting the campaign. I am yet to be convinced he's the right choice for Christian Dior (besides the obvious).

From the previews it looks masculine, which I guess is how a fragrance aimed at men should be, so I do like that about it, thus far. I look forward to seeing how the finished product looks and for the commercial. Although most of the time, commercials nowadays are pretentious and try-hard.

^ maybe in 20 years he'll look at least interesting, till then he's just  :yuk:

Yea I don't get how him and Kristen can sell cologne and perfume when neither one of them looks like they bathe.

I like him and because I follow his thread I know that he looks clean... so I can see him being able to sell this :P

Some nice pictures. I really like the one with the model and both of those where he is on the roof of a house.

It is bit weird that one pictures seems to come straight from "Cosmopolis" and the other one from "Twilight".

Given the model I do think they did well: those are not fashion pictures nor very challenging, they really play well in the "broody"/"moody" type, really classical.

I don't really see the James Dean inspiration but that's good/ok work and really fit Raf. (Quite old school & stuck in time..)

Well at least they've cleaned him a bit and managed to make him look less like a homeless man. The obsession with him has always somewhat baffled me really, the length of his sideburns truly troubles me.

I'm not one for Dior's imagery in general and their fragrances don't appeal to me much either, but this isn't bad. It's a wonder they didn't try and do this whilst the Twilight films were still going on, surely they would have gained more the partnership then.

Is he not over yet? For a sex symbol i think he manages to look pretty unattractive a lot of the times, even in films where he's suppose to be good looking. That second pic koko posted, is a case in point, it's unbelievably bad.

For the rest this is pretty harmless stuff. One more wallpaper campaign.

I guess this is the final ad? it doesn´t have a logo but it´s from the september issue of GQ Russia...

Dior posted 2 teasers on their YouTube account + there is an interview of him about the project and I think he will be a terrific ambassador. He reminds me of Charlize Theron, he truly masters it and had actually a lot of input in artistic side of it.

He actually chose the photographer + the director, he helped Gavras pick songs for the ad + they both chose the inspiration etc. He has a really good grasp of Dior Homme. Hearing him speak actually compelled me to go smell the perfume ad maybe get it for my fiancé. Good job !

The ad goes live today btw :)

^Thank you for sharing. I love the cinematography and cover song, and I think he looks really good. He had come a long way from his Twilight debut in 2008, looks wise :)
