Christian Dior marks their 60th anniversary as a fashion house this year, and to celebrate, the house is jumping on the haute (luxury/exclusive/expensive) perfume trend. La Collection Particulière is a trio of limited edition perfumes created by designer John Galliano in collaboration with perfumer François Demachy.

The fragrance bottles are based on an "original flacon designed for Miss Dior in 1947".
Christian Dior La Collection Particulière Passage N°4, N°8 & N°9 will be available at selected Christian Dior boutiques (30 worldwide) or online starting on November 19. The fragrances are €320 each for 75 ml Parfum. (first three quotes via fashion.dior, last quote via cosmeticnews)

La Collection Particulière Passage N°4: a "sovereign rose, a fiery pimento, a journey, a garden".

Some of its notes are: orange, amber and musk.

I have not tried them, but I like the notes mentioned for the second one, and anything with the word 'violet' in it intrigues me instantly. So that translates to almost $700 US dollars per bottle?
