Uninspiring. I bet this would have been miles better in colour

I'm glad that the sneaker didn't get as much traction as Kim was hoping for. It wasn't even half as culturally relevant as his Supreme collaboration. This is so contrived and calculated. This is such a cheap cashout for the brand and I wouldn't be mad if all the unnecessary exploitation would lead to Dior Men becoming stale fast. Although I think that's fine with LVMH.

So effectively you'll be paying for the logo because if you really fancy these looks you can get it anywhere. Oftentimes at an equally good quality for a fraction of the price.

LVMH is being LVMH by still dropping capsules while everyone is talking about scaling back. So tone-deaf, but keep digging your own grave.

Once again a painful reminder of what high fashion has become.

This type of product is just not needed. Just like the Prada superstars. They existed already and the collaboration just made more stuff into this world. They should at least create a distinctive and directional item to justify this. I wonder how much longer fashion can go on like this?

You're so right, but it won't change anytime soon. Just go on Hypebeast right now. Pages and pages filled with 'collabs' and 'drops' not only from Virgil Abloh but from the likes of Noah, Stone Island, The North Face as well. Everyone is looking at the luxury brands for change and rightly so but it is actually these cult ones who aggressively fuel crass consumerism with 4 collabs in one season. The very idea for this Dior partnership and the one recently released by LV Men was created by and for the hypebeast market.

Boring cashgrab that makes me want to hate him alas I do like the rest of his work so I'll try and forget.

P. S. Ludwig looks awful...He wasn't at all close-up ready

An embarrassing cash grab full of "MERCH".

I want to like Kris at Dior but so far the targeting of hypebeast has left me indifferent.

I don't have anything against streetwear, however I expect a certain level of design and creativity from Kris at Dior and I'm not getting that. I'm seeing some cool "stuff" but certainly not worth the price.

Jones is better than this slop; or at least was. The Nike’s came when went with no fanfare, so the answer is more lame product?

They really are trying to milk everything out of this awful collaboration. I didn't realise that they were also doing a mini capsule collection too. I wonder if these will be as hard to get as the shoes? It almost feels like a bad concession for everyone else who couldn't.

This collection would be perfect when going for a ride on the new Vespa by Dior :sideways: (joking)

Are the Jordans still only available to the main clientele or have they decided to do somewhat of a wide release? The price point for these shoes are ridiculous. Dior or not it's insane.

The trend of collaboration between street wear brands and high fashion brands seem to continue strong!
