Capture Totale is the latest superstar skincare treatment from Dior, especially for women in tune with their seductiveness despite the passing years.

WHO doesn’t want to look like the seductively radiant actress, Sharon Stone, who seems to epitomise the sentiment that things only get better with age? Looking more gorgeous than ever, she gives hope to women who seem to impose on themselves ‘sell-by’ dates.

It comes as no surprise then that Stone has been chosen to be the new face of the revolutionary Capture Totale, Dior’s first ‘time captor’ anti-ageing skincare, based on in-depth technological and sociological research. After all, the actress is indeed an icon of radiant beauty and fulfilment.

Capture Totale is designed by Dior for a generation of trail-blazing women who are at ease with their age. This latest exercise sees the brand adopting a new approach — Dior wants to enable every woman to feel more beautiful with every passing day and year and to live in perfect harmony with her beauty, age and maturity.

The brand has adopted a whole new take on beauty after having conducted a long and fruitful survey of ‘happy bloomers’ — radiant, energetic and ultra-feminine women who are more self-confident now than they have ever been and who would never want to trade their place now for perhaps, 20 years before.

As glamorous and sexy as when they were 20, these women have acquired that extra radiance and zest for life with the passing years.

They don’t try and fight the onset of time; instead, they make it their best friend and ally. They accept the signs of ageing gracefully and know exactly how to keep them under control. Thus what they are looking for is a skincare product that’s in line with their perception of total beauty and their overall positive, energetic and creative outlook on life and ageing.

Enter Capture Totale. This latest product from Dior has a wonderfully soothing and easily absorbed texture despite containing a powerful concentration of high-tech, high-performance ingredients. It literally glides onto skin and melts into it almost instantly, ensuring an immediate restructuring effect.

The secret lies in the latest botanical ‘gem’ that Dior researchers discovered in Madagascar, an extract made from the seed of Longoza, a plant specific to the area. Longoza’s related to ginger and possesses astonishing properties.

Combined with nine other specific anti-ageing ingredients, the Alpha-Longoza Complex enriched formula in Capture Totale offers high-performance multi-correction of all signs of ageing — which includes wrinkles, slackening, lacklustre skin and enlarged pores.

The velvety feel that you get comes from the polymer dispersed in a volatile silicone oil, while other ingredients, like extract of yellow iris, help to refine the skin texture and tighten pores. A complex of Bi-skin and wheat proteins aids in smoothing and instant firming.

The emollient texture leaves the skin feeling exceptionally soft, smooth and beautifully luminous. It is claimed that usage over time will leave you with a more revitalised, firmer and denser skin.

Wrinkles would also be minimised, the complexion unified and, based on the user tests conducted on women in Japan and Thailand over a period of two months, skin would begin to look exceptionally youthful.

Im back working for Dior now, and I got this product. Yeah yeah yeah, I don't need it, but let me tell you, my skin feels great with this. I've tried it almost all, from Future Solutions from Shiseido, Kanebo, La Prairie, Idealist from Estee Lauder, but this product is the best so far. Go visit a Dior counter and ask for a sample, and try it.

Since you dont have wrinkles or aging skin, I was wondering what it did for you? I'm tempted to try it as a moisturizer when I'm out of what I'm using now if it's really better than all the ones you've listed.

Sounds great Ale, congrats on the new job!

I wonder..you know you can allways find stuff about the creative directors of the different clothing labels but what about the head scientists that concoct these new magic skin brews ?
Why aren't they and their trak record put in the spotlight?
Which skincare labels have the best scientists working for them, giving them the upper hand on anti-ageing, acne etc..?

I would love to read up on stuff like how much each skincare company use on advertizing vs innovation, purity of ingrediences etc

All the hooola that some advertizing guy/girl has cooked up always makes me sceptical...

Dior's Captur Totale is better than Estee Lauders Idealist ?
In what ways Ale ?
How's the price difference ?

According to our training, this guy that created this product, a.k.a. Dr. Dior won a Nobel prize of science for developing this ingredient that's on Capture Totale.

This product is basically everything that Dior has made in the Capture line, all in once, except eyes. This treats wrinkles (RX60/80), age spots (Anti-taches), uneven skintone, open pores, excessive sebum, lack of firmness (Capture sculpt) and lack of moisture and radiance.

Idealist only worked with dry skin, redness, uneven skintone and minimal spots. Capture totale works all of these plus wrinkles and lack of firmness...

This product can also be used as a preventive treatment, that's why im using it. At first I noticed a big difference on my skin's texture, imagine a nice silky veil over your skin. It looked glowy, plumped, and silky soft. This is my third week using it, and I've seen a big difference on those little lines around my mouth cause I laugh a lot, but the best of it all is my skin's texture, how it looks without makeup. I haven't been wearing any makeup in weeks, cause im so exited to just see my skin as it is.

Oh and about the prices, there's a big difference.

The big bottle of Idealist is about $80, but Capture totale's Serum is $125, and the Creme is $115.

Well..I think you talked me into it Ale..when I finish my current Idealist I think I'll have to have a go at Capture Totale..^_^
The price might not be that high in Europe..I think European labels are often a lot pricier in the US..well here's hoping..

You should try it. I thought that Idealist was going to be my ultimate forever favorite, but this one is becoming my new fave.

I went to drop off my friend at the airport the other day, and the Capture Totale is super cheap at the Duty Free, like 30% off retail price.

Oh I know...I allways get Idealist in the airport, never in the department stores..the huge duty free size 3.4 oz /100ml isn't avaiable in the department stores either

Same with me, want to prevent more than treat. I'm using La Mer now, definatly want to try this when I'm out.

Whats the difference between the serum and creme?

The serum targets different things than the cream. It's reccomended to be used together but separate is ok too, you just wont get the full results of using them both combined.
