Hi! I've never posted anything at TFS before. Be kind?

I made a knockoff of a Tom Binns necklace using thrifted and Wet Seal necklaces. I really like it.

I added some more safety pins to the necklace after taking this photo. Thanks for reading. :flower:

I'm sorry we don't allow linking to outside sites for crediting pictures^. More info in the Rules link at the bottom of the page

I edited your post for you. To add an image to a post, just click the yellow square button above the textbox and add in the URL of your images
Or you can click the paperclip button (after clicking Post Reply) and attach a file from your hard drive

All images need a credit
More info on that also in the rules
I added credits to your post here.

Best of luck :lucky: !

Sorry, I should read rules before I post. Thanks for fixing it and the info.

i definitely have the urge to dip my toes into this arena...

marni, lanvin, and tom binns...
all do great necklaces that make me want to take out the pliers and rip up some silk and get to work...
i keep thinking about it but i haven't found the right 'formula' yet to make it worth the effort...

i also need to figure out what kind of glue to use...
ideally i would solder metal bits together, but we are talking DIY here...
i'm not a factory!
...

safety pins had not occurred to me at all though...
i like the pins, pearls and rhinestones...

i definitely have a bunch of random costume jewelry that i'd like to repurpose...
