Divine, absolutely divine campaign. Never been a one to rave about Lulu Tenney but she is selling it here like there's no tomorrow. My favourite campaign images are the ones in colour, which are just flawless and nothing short of spectacular. So bright, vibrant, polished, glossy, glamorous - I could go on and on!

Every season Meisel does a campaign like this for a different brand.

It's like late-stage Helmut Newton. Nobody was hiring him in order to produce anything creative or challenging, they just wanted the name and a guaranteed repetition of his standard formula. And in return, he seemed happy enough with the money.

I would have said, these days he'd probably have been brought out of retirement to shoot YSL campaigns, except he'd have been 104 years old at this point.
