Donatella Versace - Designer, Creative Director of Versace

Donatella certainly avoided the versace cliché when creating this understated collection, yet somehow, if by versace magic she managed to pull it off once again. It was as if she's quite literally thrown the trash out and welcomed something fresh in.
Cream’s, light sand, perfect white and black dominated the show, held together by belt after belt, zip after zip.
Models swayed down the runway in their 10cm heels (barely touching the ground should I add), which were somewhat modest compared with Donatella’s regular, the all flesh baring sandals. Sharp shoes were set with leathers by hook or by crook perfectly complimenting the softer cut of the attire.
With superior accessories, maybe more extraordinary than ever, Donatella clearly showed how Versace had more in store for us then we bargained, like unseen footage from a movie.
The new versace girl, it seems, is a contradiction in terms, shes sharp however soft, shes quiet, but rock and roll, shes ‘Dirrty’ yet she’s the ‘Genie in the bottle’

What is this woman thinking? Quoted from UK Vogue, something along the lines of 'it was a pity the models couldn't dance like Christina'. Who would WANT to? :x :x :x

But bravo to Donnatella for her outstanding collection. If money were no object, that gorgeous suit would be mine - so versatile and just plain perfect (together or worn as separates). I'm also really liking these:
