I agree with you Spike, s/s 01 was great.

I've never been a fan of either the medusa logo or recently, the gothic v. I think if anything the gothic v is a little more me as long as it's simple and in the right spot and not huge!

I didn't like the Donatella graphics that were going on last year at all, but I will admit to buying a blue hankercheif with Donatella on it. I am ashamed to say that. It was impulsive, what can I say?

That Versace is good but unoriginal. I think her strength lies more in chosing good fabrics than making good clothes out of them. She needs to do minimal design and maximum fabric

Really? I'd have to disagree, the two main fabrics used every season are viscose and chiffon...they get kind of boring and aren't the most luxurious fabrics that can be used.

I don't think peoplehated it so much as they hated how overused it became. Honestly I think it's great symbol especially nowadays that every house has a logo that says the name in plain writing. But it wsas used for so long as a detail on the clothing that it just became tasteless looking....that's my interpretation anyway.
