He's just a socialite, one of those Dubai bros. All of these influencers are calling themselves 'multidisciplinary' artists and they do jacksh*t. They are just posers with inferiority complex aware they can do nothing trying to put themselves in the same level as real artists. The whole field is now full of these impostors. I don't even care if he really does have an architecture degree.

The video clearly shows her face and her hair appears to have a different texture than in the screenshot. Additionally, her breasts appear flatter and her chin isn't as prominent as Doutzen's, but anything is possible, given that they are masters of Photoshop, making all models look practically identical.
