Something tells ma that Dean and Dan have been watching Andy Warhol's , ' Lonesome Cowboys ' . ;)

If that's the case , they should have left them alone to suffer their alienation in their solitary ranch .

I , for one will not be visiting on any errand of mercy .

I'll leave that to the Sally Army ..............:innocent:

For all the critism that GALLIANO HOMME gets, he sure gets copied alot...Galliano Homme did this western motif last year but Galliano made the show gritty and had the boys greased up and dirty as if they were outside in the sun for hours...anyway when you take apart dsquared, they have nothing to offer

i agree, i sort of don't get the appeal of Ds2. i like the first outfit posted, but it's nothing i haven't seen before.

Hmmm.... here are the pics from www.modaonline.it

Though worked out pretty ok, the theme is very bad and very tacky. I don't like everything directly connected to the theme, wether it's actually the Andy Warhol (good thinking kit!) or just cowboys. The theme aside, lots of it is actually pretty nice, which surprises me. Usually I just don't like it all at D2, but not this time. I think that the jeans are absolutely fantastic (the one in the last pic aside, don't what that is called in English) Some of the none-jeans trousers are fantastic too. I realy like that shiny jacket somewhere in my second post as well. The blouses that aren't too cowboy or dotty are ok too, I guess.
Overall I give it a :ninja:

i'm sorry but what men wear clothes like this.....whatever you say about Dior homme, at least it looks normal. This stuff is just a pantomime.

The thing is, with Dior you don´t necessarily have to look like a fashion victim, there´s something discreet about the collection (no offensive branding, etc.), whereas with D-Squared, you often look like a label-wh*re.

Oh, and I gotta say, I absolutely detest this collection

It's so terribly bad, and the trousers and espescially some of the jeans have the WORST cut ever. The last pic is gonna haunt my dreams for a long time...

well...we now know what the women's collection theme is gonna be...they always do the same for men and women...i kinda like it....but maybe i'm just supporting the canadians

Now this is bad. What man would actually want to look like a farmer in DESIGNER clothes? Better get this stuff back to the ranch!!

Especially those dungarees .  :rofl

the overall collection is
icon13.gif

but i believe i can take certain pieces such as the jackets and shirts (not the pants nor the jeans ) and rework them to my own wardrobe and style

Actually separately the pieces are quite nice, but togther it's one big ho down at KFC. I love that last shirt in post #5, it's lovely, though that shirt has been done for ages.

Dsquared always seems like a gay p*rn come to life. This season cowboys, last season Catholic school boys and before that a Bachelor party and a while back Lumberjacks.

errmmmmm ................ i don't really know what to say.................... The ONLY thing i like is the silver blazer and even then i sense that whatever's on the left sleeve is likely to put me off. And denim waistcoats? Please.
