They are consistent and reliable. They are not a part of the fashion conversation in the grand scheme of things in the same way Ralph Lauren isn't. In fact, some of the menswear looks a bit like Ralph Lauren by way of Dsquared2.
I, myself go in and out of phases of buying from them and I've started buying a few fun things again from them. The ICON merch turned me off for a bit to be honest but their "real" separates are great and fun. I always get compliments when I wear Dsquared2 oddly enough. The cut is always good and you never look like a fashion victim because it's mainly just classics with a slight twist.
