I work as a fashion technician at a university and when presentations roll around and you look through their visual diaries, boards and research, it gets grimmer by the year. And I can already see these current collections being used as part of their 'mood boards' and the semester hasn't even started yet.

They are in serious need of a social media detox, that’s the only explanation I find for this weird swarm mentality.

I've always found this so odd. For a time where there is such a huge push for individuality and freedom of expression, everything kind of ends up looking the same.
