Is in town

Eleonora Baumann is a badass. Last season, the twenty-year old model from Munich rocked up to Paris fashion week last minute and ended up getting booked for three major shows including Céline. Considering her ethereal ice blonde mane and unreal bone structure you can’t blame them. She emits a holy holy light.
The half Serbian, half German model has been modeling for a year and a half now. Aside from that Céline catwalk - and Miu Miu FW14 FYI - you may recognise EB from this months’ Dazed & Confused or past issues of 10 magazine or Russh. Talk of her busy schedule quickly sparks some lively travel chat.
“The most faraway, incredible place my work has taken me to so far is Beijing. It was my first time in Asia ever. But I didn’t feel frightened. I could even take the tube and it wasn’t that hard. You find your way through. We went to the Forbidden City. It was beautiful, amazing. I really felt like I was somewhere else.”
The wanderlust is set to continue next season as EB hopes to take on all four cities during fashion week. We’re pretty confident it will be the sequel to her badass AW14 introduction.
Though Eleonora has no crazy hobbies to speak of, she considers jamming and hanging as her thing. Her guitar travels with her wherever she goes:
“It’s good when I’m in a bad mood, it’s relaxing.”
Like a dazzling she-Cobain.
“I’m not so selective when it comes to music. I like loads. From old folk and Neil Young to Joy Division and New Order. Then also old school Hip Hop, a bit of R&B, a bit of jazz.“
“I don’t like hard rock or classical or techno though. I need a melody.”
