Oh and that Estee Lauder advert is to die for.

InStyle fashion director Hal Rubenstein counts down his favorites in a new book called "100 Unforgettable Dresses."
"Dresses are important for different reasons, but how they are unified is that they are not all simply about fashion. They hit us emotionally, psychologically or affect how we perceive beauty," he says.
A great dress also can jump-start a career, he says, and that's not just limited to fashion.
Elizabeth Hurley in Gianni Versace's safety-pin gown in 1994 for the premiere of "Four Weddings and a Funeral" is the first dress featured in the book — which is "not quite" random order, Rubenstein says.
"The Versace safety-pin dress is the greatest example of the power of clothing. It made a woman famous overnight. Elizabeth Hurley was a pretty girl on Hugh Grant's arm who no one knew. The next day it was, 'Who's that girl?'"

A look at the body language of "Wurley" (dailymail.co.uk):

Body talk: Be Warne-d, Elizabeth - the butch is back

I’m loving the Wurley roadshow, and big boos to the scaremongers and naysayers who rate the chances of any marriage lasting as somewhere around the 2,000-to-1 mark. Their body language as a couple is solid gold soap opera and here, just as you think SHANE WARNE has gone and cashed in every last one of his man points in his pursuit of the fragrant ELIZABETH HURLEY, he goes and emerges with this hulking chunk of macho posturing.

I’m no expert on Aussie-rules marriages but I find it interesting that Shane’s rebooted testosterone seems to have occurred around the same time as he slipped that sparkler on Elizabeth’s ring finger. If I were a conspiracy theorist I might suggest that his weight-loss, metrosexual dressing and baby’s-bottom facial appearance were mere smoke and mirrors, designed to lure Elizabeth into a quick trip down the aisle – and now that he has made his conquest, he’s about to morph back.

The turnaround looks remarkable, with Shane performing an arm-fold barrier and quasi-uninterested stare while his fiancée goes for a full-on bestowed kiss and neck clasp to gain his attention. This could signal the tipping point, where the power starts to turn in Shane’s favour, meaning we should look out for Elizabeth getting a ‘My little beer-belly and hair frizz’ kit as a gift from her groom.

MIND YOUR LANGUAGE

Although an arm-fold is a barrier gesture, the exact reason for that barrier is signalled more subtly by the height and angle of your arms and the positioning of your hands. Tucking them into your torso looks insecure and anxious and tilting your arms can register boredom. An arm-cross at chest level with hands on the biceps can suggest power and even aggression.
