Elizabeth Taylor #2

Just finished watching two of her movies, the latter being Butterfield 8. I know the movie was mascaraed by the critics, but i really didnt think it was so bad. Or maybe since she is so wonderful on screen, i kind of didn't "see it". Anyhow, hers was the kind of beauty that did not "wear" off, a rare thing. And here she is with her Oscar for that role:

I agree with you, that movie wasn't so bad... And her acting was good in it!

For me an unseen, stunning portrait of Taylor, by Richard Avedon for US Vogue December 1974. Thanks to the amazing scans to ciaovogue.com

Wow!

I don't think I've ever seen it either.
Thank you. :flower:

Ugh! I want so badly to get one of the Christie's auction catalogues, but they are so. expensive. Share your pretty pics if you get one (or all of them: there are 5 in total, as well 2 limited editions).

I had no idea Liz Taylor was only 5'2. Everything about her was so larger-than-life.
