It's technically not the same type of magazines. One focus more on lifestyle while the other is a fashion magazine. Elle is a weekly magazine so it have less budget comparing to Vogue. Elle is definitely sell better than Vogue because they cater to more woman while because Alt singular vision her magazine is neglected a lot of non Parisian woman.
