Elle Sasson’s recent honeymoon — split between Tulum in Mexico and Los Angeles — informed her first pre-fall collection, which might explain all of the tropical undertones that made it feel a bit like resort. Colorful crop tops in denim, cotton and silk were paired with matching skirts, ruffled shorts and culottes, imbuing the looks with a flirty, feminine feel. Sasson finished off her floral and jungle prints with embroidery and beaded trim, while a white-and-blue silk topper, the only outerwear offering, was just right for a breezy summer night.
