Elsa Sylvan

^Glamour is not the most creative magazine.:heart: Whether a model or celebrity is the cover subject, the formula is always the same.
Swedish Glamour is nothing like the US edition, eg. And Glamour Italia usually have rather nice (in comparison) model covers, so it's clearly possible. ;)

But I get your point; that's why I don't think she should've done it in the first place.

they completely toned down her look for glamour. everything interesting about elsa (her pale skin, the eyebrows) has been photoshopped away. she really does look like any other blond celebrity.

the vogue germany editorial is redeeming, though.

i really like the numero ed, elsa got such a spark! :woot::heart:
thank you for the great scans helligirl :flower:

that's what i was thinking too!
but (as already said) what should one expect from a "glamour"-cover ...

^ I especially hate the fake tan  And it's such an unflattering shot, she's barely recognizable.

her face looks pretty much perfect in the 7th!
thankyou for the scans :flower:

Here are some bigger scans from the Saks catalog. Some of the text got cut off because the pages were a bit too wide for my scanner

I wish she would've turned up sooner, everyone else has at least two ads in circulation already, and the first ones of the season tend to get all the attention. But I'm really relieved she didn't get cut in post-production or something. :D

Yeah, she's really deserved that campaign. Much more so than certain others.

I'm thrilled she got both covers

Double the Pleasure

Elsa Sylvan does double duty with not one but two covers of Muse 14. Putting her versatility to the test Elsa takes on both sides of elegance - playing an eccentric glamour girl on one cover and avant-garde twins on the next. The Horst Diekgerdes photographs show an intriguing side of Sylvan and give a glimpse into the daring aesthetic of the fall season. Click here to visit Muse's site.

Ah, good for Elsa. She deserves it. :) She's ready for Vogue Italia and Vogue Paris now.

Elsa's all over the place right now, huh? :woot:

Saw her in the French Connection store displays and was so excited! She looks so hot.
