i just saw Nicole's pics of some ed.. (nicole the winner of the last cycle) and elyse is just soooooooooooooo much better than her! she can embrace so many different attitudes in front of the camera.. so many different experssions and in such a natural way!!! that tyra's been making the wrong choices.. but well!

I really like Elyse. She is the only ANTM contestant that I've felt possessed real, raw talent. Beauty and brains!

She has a refreshing look, she reminds me of a 1920s flapper (her style, her body, her face).

Just went through this thread, and it proved to me why I never understood the hype. She's not a very dynamic or even good model. IMO, her best pictures are the personal ones from her LJ. I also never liked her personality. She was soooo pretentious and judgemental. I feel the same way reading her LJ. But, I will give her props for her success. Although she hasn't made it in the "big" markets, surely her Asian success is nothing to scoff at. She's done the best out of the ANTM girls (which I know isn't saying much, but I think Shannon from Cycle 1 had more potential than Elyse).

So, my overall feeling is EH.
