One more reason to look forward to friday!!!

Roll out the red carpet! NEXTs latest mini-movie is premiering on Friday April 23rd.

Shot by Ben Watts, the fashion editors photographer of choice, it offers an upbeat celebration of this summers key fashion themes: vibrant colour, floral print and denim revival. The narrative follows supermodels EMANUELA DE PAULA and AMY HIXSON on a road trip from West Hollywood along Americas iconic Route 66. Its a high-spirited escape from the urban jungle of LA all apparently captured by Emanuelas own camera.

On the way, the girls pull into gas stations and road-side diners the authentic pitstops of the dusty asphalt trail known in myth and fable as Americas main street. And they play road-tag with a posse of cool dudes on vintage motorbikes. These include heartthrob NATHAN BOGLE, the (almost) impossibly handsome DIN YATES, and actor-model of the moment JON KORTAJARENA.

Everyones destination? A house in the Mojave desert, where the Dandy Warhols provide the perfect soundtrack to a great pool party hosted by top west coast DJ, ZEN FREEMAN. The message is clear. In the long hot summer of 2010, anyone can feel Bohemian like NEXTs Amy, Emanuela, Nathan, Din and Jon.

Emanuela de Paula, 20 and Amy Hixson 21, are two of the world's most-on-demand models. Between them they have clocked up Victoria's Secret campaigns and countless magazine covers as well as being the faces for the High Street fashion favourite NEXT. The girls were whisked away to Palm Springs to shoot the new NEXT Tv campaign. Photographed by celebrity photographer Ben Watts.


Interviewer: Emanuela & Amy, you did the previous NEXT Tv campaign together- how do you get along?

Emanuela- Just great actually! we have become friends and we really enjoy working together. Amy is very open and friendly and extremly down to earth. In this buisness it is hard to find someone who is this nice! This shoot for Next really brings out both our interests as the theme is "road trips" - and i love taking pictures and Amy loves driving!

Interviewer: Your both sucessful models- how do you balance your work with your private life?

Emanuela- I work a lot and feel very happy about being so busy. But i try and live as normal as life as i can and i always try to be the same girl i was back in Brazil. The opportunities that i have now- traveling the world, learning about different cultures- the job is making me a better person and i am enjoying every moment of that. Im living my dream,my life is amazing, and i always tell my friends and family that i can never complain. I have everything- I have my health, my work, my friends and family. Thank god for that; I would like to have a boyfriend though!
