She's 18 which is probably a bit young for the VSFS. Can 18 y.o's walk it?? are they allowed?

Yes, but the Heather Marks endeavour was entirely wrong, i think even they know that now, buying them too young, just looks very wrong.
I think it should wait, but she is much MUCH less of a baby face than Heather was, which made it as bad as it was, so i suppose she could but i think it would be ill advised.

I think a couple of older posts have stated that she was 18 and I believe her birthday is in February.
