A girl I keep coming back to! I saw her show card for the SS07 shows, and figured someone would have already made a thread for her, but alas, she is still without one. I'm a sucker for wavey blonde hair, pouty lips, and gamine frame, but Emily Noelle seems the very definition thereof.

Damnit IMG, just when I think you've given up on developing this girl, you bring out an amazing editorial (which it my best guess for where these really super saturated images are coming from...far to technical to be a test shoot). The reason this is unfortunate? Because now Emily has to compete with Jessica Beyers who has a haunting similar look...
