Sony Pictures Entertainment will imminently offer the role of Mary Jane Watson to Emma Stone, who starred for the studio in Zombieland and Easy A. It's another good role for Stone, who is currently shooting the Tate Taylor-directed adaptation of the Kathryn Stockett bestseller The Help for DreamWorks. She plays Skeeter, the college student who comes home determined to expose the class differences between the matriarchs and their house servants in the South in 1962.

I haven't seen her in anything yet, I only noticed her at the MTV awards because she's got great style and is quite the stunner. It's nice to see she's got such a great personality, too.

Emma Stone will be playing the lead female role of Gwen Stacy in the upcoming Spider-Man reboot, Sony Pictures has confirmed to JustJared.com.

It was previously reported that the 21-year-old Easy A star was offered the former-Kirsten Dunst role of Mary Jane Watson, but director Marc Webb chose to have her play Gwen.

It kind of makes sense. Emma has said that she's a natural blonde. I wonder who will get the Mary Jane role?

^I can't picture her as a blonde at all. I have a feeling it wouldn't go so well with her pale skin. Red hair or darker looks great on her. I think her hair was a dark brown in Zombieland.
