I love the coloured shoes thing. It's a Cameron Diaz signature move that can make outfits way more interesting.

I don't like the Regis & Kelly outfit that much. I wish she would've kept the belt, but I adore the pink shoes, and the green shoes as well especially with the pink dress (even though the shape is not very flattering), it looks good.

My only problem with the last outfit is that the colours
don't really work with her red hair and pale skin tone,
imo. Get's a little too harsh, if I'm making any sense..
Colours like that works better with a little tan, and red combined with pink never harmonized well in my eyes.
Just my point of view, not a stated fact

That been said, girl could put on a clown suit and I'd still swoon over her. She's just lovely
